What payment options are supported?
As payment we accept credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal and bank transfer. In case you want transfer the money, the needed bank details can be found on the invoice. Please also add your order number as reference and transfer with option “free of charges for payee”. Further information you will find on our terms and conditions.
Is pricing for a perpetual license, or is it yearly?
All our licenses are one-time-payment and will never expire.
How do I switch from the evaluation to the full version?
No reinstall needed to update from the evaluation to the full version. Just import your license and you are done!
What is your response time in case we have issues with your software?
In case there are upcoming questions or need further assitance, please use our contact form at first instance. This inbox will be monitored weekdays from 9am to 5pm CEST (Mon-Thu) and from 9am to 2pm CEST (Friday). A reply is guaranteed (response time) within 24 business hours.
Is there a custom licensing plan available?
